UNDERSTANDING AND HEALING
THE 12 BASIC NEEDS

Tim Fletcher has been developing Complex Trauma programs for 15 years and has been counselling for 30 years. At the heart of our programs, we recognize that all human beings are born with the inherent right to 12 Basic Needs. These needs are broken into 3 categories: Physical, Emotional and Spiritual.

ALIGN WITH OUR NEEDS

“If you were to talk to almost any person with Complex Trauma, the recurring phrase you would hear is, ‘I grew up in a family where nobody got me. I didn’t feel my parents took the time to try to truly understand me, how I thought, my dreams, my fears, my aspirations. I just never truly felt understood.” - Tim Fletcher
